   <title>吐司水果布丁的配方与制作</title>
   <description><![CDATA[<br /><br />
<br /><br />
【制作方法】<br /><br />
①将吐司切方丁，水果洗净切小块备用②蛋黄加上砂糖打至变白<br />③牛奶加温至85℃,倒入伏法中拌匀，开火再加热，拌至浓稠状后熄火<br />④做法3加入鲜奶油拌匀，先用滤网过滤，再倒入舒芙蕾模型中，以隔水加热的方式蒸烤15分钟(烤箱需先以170℃预热10分钟上)即为一般的烤布丁<br />⑤取出铺上做法1的材料，并撒上糖粉，再入烤箱以200℃①烘焙5分钟<br /><br />
